Case timeline and provenance

Selective verification
This demo stores item-level leaf hashes and a Merkle root. It is ready for compact component proofs in a later version.
Proof mode
v10 can call the live GetIntegrityAPI platform through a Cloudflare Worker if an API secret is configured. If the secret or API call is unavailable, it safely falls back to local demo proof.

The verifier recomputes the canonical capsule digest. In production, the same step would also validate issuer signature, public-key trust and a platform proof ID.
